This week is a little different than our normal travel videos. Nick is flying out to Denver for work meetings and Emily is staying in Lebanon Hills Campground in Apple Valley, Minnesota.

Emily drops Nick off at the Minneapolis airport, then heads back to the Lebanon Hills campground to move spots where she will hang out for the week with the dogs.

The week is pretty jam packed including some mishaps First, Emily gets severe weather alerts on her phone, then dinner becomes a challenge, too many options at the diesel pump, a free trip to Como Zoo and Conservatory isn't what was expected, and finally a trip around Minnehaha Park searching for waterfalls. All this and while working full time and taking care of three dogs in the Airstream.
