Weekly Activity Report 04/05/2015

Well, strength training was at an all time low this week.  This is the first time since joining the gym that neither of us lifted weights.  We slacked off this week and didn’t go to the gym as scheduled.  Our steps, running included, increased this week.  All other distances were slightly below average.
